Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict
200ml Vinegar, White
20pc Eggs (large)
10pc Bread, muffins
0.6kg salmon, smoked, sliced
0.8L Knorr Garde d’Or Hollandaise Sauce 1L
Bring water to the boil in a large pan and add white vinegar reduce heat and allow to simmer.
Place the eggs into the simmering water and cook untill desired liking.
Slice the muffins in half and grill them until golden brown and keep hot.
Place the toasted muffins onto a large plate and place the eggs, sliced smoked salmon and GARDE DO'R Hollandaise sauce.
Serving suggestion -
Garnish with chopped chives or rocket salad.
