Mini Tacos

Ingredients

200g Mission Corn Chips
200g Mission Salsa
35g Taco Seasoning
500g Mince
250ml Sour Cream
200g Cheese, shredded
Optional: Jalapenos or chili

Method

Heat pan to a medium heat, cook mince and taco seasoning until brown.
Pre heat oven to 180C. Arrange corn chips flat on a lined tray and place small teaspoon of the meat mixture on each corn chip and a few pieces of cheese. Cook for 5mins, or until cheese is slightly melted.
Add a dollop of salsa and sour cream and serve immediately.
